Devijantnost i kriminalitet u perspektivi životnog ciklusa

Apstrakt

Kriminološka istraživanja naglašavaju snažanu povezanost između starosnog doba i kriminaliteta. Konkretno, ističe se da se kriminalno ponašanje najčešće javlja tokom adolescencije, te u kasnijem periodu postaje ređe. Sa druge strane, postoje dokazi o stabilnosti i kontinuitetu kriminalnog i devijantnog ponašanja tokom životnog veka. U ovom radu biće predočen pokušaj integracije uvida longitudinalnih istraživanja antisocijalnog ponašanja u detinjstvu, adolescentske delinkvencije i kriminaliteta odraslih sa teorijom životnog ciklusa. U tom kontekstu, težište analize je na kontinuitetu (stabilnosti) i diskontinuitetu (promeni) devijantnog i kriminalnog ponašanja tokom vremena (životnog ciklusa). U zaključku su izneti nalazi koji ukazuju na potrebu rekonceptualizacije stabilnosti i promene u analizi odnosa starosnog doba i kriminaliteta.
