The third issue of 2024 (Vol. 43) is a special thematic edition focusing on a critical topic within contemporary penology: “Reintegration of Former Prisoners into Society: Complexity and Challenges”. In this issue, contributors examine the multifaceted aspects of reintegrating formerly incarcerated individuals into the community, exploring legal, social, and psychological barriers, as well as existing support models designed to facilitate successful social inclusion.
